Execute code and deploy applications
Handle payments and transactions
Perform other automated tasks as configured

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws

4. Pricing and Payment

AXIO offers multiple pricing tiers:

Demo Tier: 100 free messages to test the service
Revenue Share: 15% of earnings for early adopters (first 50 users)
Professional: $197/month for 10,000 operations
Enterprise: $997/month for unlimited operations

Revenue share payments are calculated monthly and paid when your balance exceeds the minimum payout threshold.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use AXIO to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Send spam or unsolicited messages
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Distribute malware or malicious code
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

6. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
Suspend accounts that violate these terms
Limit usage based on your subscription tier
Refuse service to anyone for any reason

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of AXIO is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
